Case Study

Since our first patient treated using our advanced stem cell protocol, we’ve consistently observed outcomes such as that of Mary Syrakis.


The patient presented with moderate to severe osteoarthritis in both knees. Painful and restrictive. Negotiating stairs, both up and down, was a slow laborious effort - always one step at a time. She was told she “needed” joint replacement surgery. Instead, she called us. Here she is (see video), 11 weeks post stem cell injection with a 70% reduction in perceived pain and obvious functional improvements.


We not only disappeared the pain, but also prevented the requirement for surgery. We suggested to Mary that the results can be further improved and sustained if she reduced her weight, metabolic age, and therefore inflammation. She trusted Simplr Health to coach her.


Six and a half months later, we graduated this Mary out of the weight loss phase and in to the stabilisation phase of the Simplr Health protocol.

Outcomes:


  • Disappeared the pain caused by severe osteoarthritis
  • Prevented the requirement for surgery
  • Weight reduced from 84.2kg down to 68.2kg
  • Body fat reduced from 42.9% down to 30.2% (now within healthy range)
  • BMI from 29.14 to 23.5 (now within healthy range)
  • Visceral fat score down from 10 to 7
  • Metabolic age down to that of a 40 year old (~20 younger than her chronological age!)


Furthermore her lean muscle mass (46kg), and therefore Basal Metabolic Rate, remained constant throughout - without exercise!


After transitioning Mary towards maintenance, we stabilised these results by including regular exercise and a scientifically verified yet flexible and socially acceptable eating plan; including regular consumption of moderate amounts of wine  R.E.W (see Resveratrol Enhanced Wine).
